This hands-on workshop introduces participants to data-driven poster design using linocut and RISO printing techniques. Participants will explore how data, numerical, or visual can be translated into bold graphic compositions through analog processes. Moving from concept to print, the session emphasizes experimentation, reduction, and interpretation, rather than polished perfection. Participants will carve lino blocks based on selected datasets or written material, then print and layer outputs using RISO methods. The workshop is designed as an accessible entry point into print-based publishing and poster-making, offering tools that can be applied to self-publishing, exhibition work, or collaborative projects. No prior printmaking experience is required.
