2. Event Participation & Registration

a) Registration

• We reserve the right to verify your identity or eligibility at any time.

b) Tickets

• All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds or exchanges are at our sole discretion.

• Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval.

• LGW reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, security, public health). In such cases, we’ll offer refunds, credits, or alternative arrangements where feasible.

c) Entry & Conduct

• LGW staff may deny entry or remove any individual for disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior.

• Photography, filming, or recording may be restricted at certain venues per gallery policy. Please respect signage and staff instructions.

• You agree to follow all venue rules, safety guidelines, and local laws during events.

3. Website Use

You may use our website only for lawful purposes related to Lagos Gallery Weekend. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality,

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data,

• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without consent,

We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our site. Access them at your own risk.
